I have spendt 1 week waiting and its finaly time to get unbanned but I'm still banned with my accounts.

I agree and I would like to see something like this is the future because what denby mensiond about needing to break the blocks and place new ones just makes you mad.

A bit of swearing is fine; excessive flaming is something to be dealt with. Having very specific rules like "no caps" aren't necessary because it's part of common sense.
