Will I be unbanned? I love this server and I really would like to play on it.

Dear Admins,

 

I recently tried to log in onto minecraft.nl and it said "You were banned for xray (or similar cheat) abuse!". I asked my little six year old brother if he logged onto my account and he said he put on the xray texture pack. I have this texture pack on my computer because I used to xray a long time ago. When I heard this, I was very mad at him. Admins, may you please unban me because I didnt hack?
