[Ban Request on "joeshmow" for blocking on MTA Race Mix Server [Video Proof]]

Today about 17:50 i have entered the MTA Race Mix Server and here's what i've captured on video :

Player nicknamed "joeshmow" was perfidiously blocking bridge, the only way to next checkpoint by a tank. I hope and recommend that joeshmow will be punished for making impossible for other players to play.

I have the same problem right now when im trying to connect to the Mix Server ;/ I hope they will fix that

They were blocking on every round, especially on the map from the ss's. I hope they will get punish'd
