    Little something about your self and why you think you're fit to be admin:hi guys, maybe u know me or not, but anyway past alot of time from begining played on this server.So i see alot of violations thats make ppl be unbalanced as result - rage quit (disconnect) this affects by online players on the server... the frist reason is bad nominations of maps (like well-known annoying zpa maps) the second: in wich first reason i have allready type it - no admins.My goal is to establish order on the server and make the game easier and enjoyable.I am confident that you will not be disappointed in the choice.Thank you for your understanding (Ywa)

    maybe problem beloning in with server response to MYSQL site base... i know it cause i see the same problem on other servers in wich installed HLXCE stats.My propostition to reboot the server and check connection to MYSQL base

    Admin tell me please when the server be online?Or u have a problem with hackers or intruders (im think that server is DDoS attacked, or server erorring problems).

    yeah, this cheater must get banned by ip or network socket permanently (but im really dont know wich ip,) I can say is that he is from Latvia and speaks latvian, russian and his age about 13 years also he has a problem with the psyche.

    By the way, he has 0 games? But I think you need to own atleast one Source Engine based game to play it?

    Ofcourse he creates acc's and upload hl2 engine on contant and launch it..so can last for never ending.

    Thanks for help guys!And now i have nothing left to do not like playing on your fucking server and watch how bad people crush your server: cheating, abusing, yelling, mic spam and etc... (not pleasant sight).You have not noticed that people rarely connect to the server? And the reason is simple - do not want to recruit admins that they followed for order on the server.So, what about racism: i have this is my personal views from this.

    Pardon me.What are u waiting for?How many time im wasting on epic agreement/disagreement for my candidacy.Ywa or someone tell me why you did not want to take my in the admin or u have any reason for the accepting my candidacy.If you both want i will take an active part on IRC forum and accept all rulez.And since none of the admins are not observed on the server...

    I'ld like to emphasis that my experience -hence motivation to write here- is solely based on ZPS server. I am not commenting on potential abuses in other game mods: I haven't tried them on Mr Green community.

    If it is your feeling that voting will lead to more abuse than good, lets hear your suggestions.

    Doing nothing, because it is your belief that there might be a risk that the democratic system might be abused, is definitly not helping.

    Expecting your users to come begging on IRC for some law enforcement will not work, and is already not working.

    The majority of your players, when having their game rotten even by a single griefer, will simply go someplace else. Don't expect a high involvment from them in finding a cure for this.

    And the people leaving are the kind you want to keep! Meanwhile you keep the griefers who found an eden where they can crap the game of others without punishment.

    On his application post, Acab presented you the snapshot of how chahotic the server was. I wasn't present at that specific time, but experienced some similar situation on this same server -

    This chaos happens over and over again.

    Meanwhile your admins are on stanby on IRC.

    A logical conclusion is that the current law enforcement procedure is not working. And you cannot educate your users to disconnect from game, google "mr green", find the website, read about IRC presence, (install IRC client), join IRC, complain, expect someone to read him, and take action about this.

    This is at least a 20 minutes procedure.

    Make no mistake here! For a large majority of your gamers, this is not a path they are not following.

    Instead they will move away, not bookmarking your server in their list.

    If IRC is really so key for you guys, then why not have a system that warn admins on IRC when one player in-game changes his nick to something like "admin_needed"? If you can enforce a response time within 5-10 minutes, this will already be a plus. Should help limiting the hemorragy of fair-play players.

    So at the present time, what is in place to prevent grifing might look fine from your admin standpoint. Please accept my user's point of view highlighting how inefficient this is.

    Would it already be that smooth, I wouldn't spend so much time writing about this in lengths here.

    The voting scripts already exist and their setup is not that complex to implement & maintain. I sincerely hope that my time invested here in providing feedback will lead to some improvement.

    Let us all be clear on the fact that staying as-it-is will not help.

    Admins, here is your chance to shine with constructive propositions. You shared experience, thanks. Now how can we use it to better the system?

    Which the topic turned in?In general it is a question of development and the procedure on the server rather than how much you're sitting on the forum and who you saw(I was shocked by the users).So I want to help the server and you are spamming this topic not for comment my post :unsure:

    Hi all.Im ukranian player on this server.Today im playing server and sudenly game was turned into hell!I'm record demos and you see what is happening on the server...

    I have never seen the admin on this server.I wanted to ask is it possible to become admin on this server?Because i have a lot of experience in server administration (MA,SM)

    Admins, please make conclusions about this!Thank you for your attention
