[Help me find this music]

Hi all

I was playing mta race server when this music came up in one of the map, i just recorded 25second of it and shazam or any other program doesn't find it. So i upload it and i hope any of you will recognize it. Link :

Even tho i have full soundtrack still no program recognize it lawl XDD so if anyone finds out the name of it please share
