Running windows 7, i've heard of that before though, but as far as i know it shouldn't have that problem in win7.

so i discovered today that if i overclock my processor and play mta it bounces around my fps anywhere from 35 to 38 and sits idle at 37 usually, i really want to oc my processor and leave it and cant figure out how to fix this, so suggestions would be nice
