  1. First, great to see you back and second, awesome to hear that you will be working on a ZS gamemode.

After reading the entire thing there isn't much for me to disagree with. Looking back at how your version of Green ZS was pretty much the most enjoyable version for me to play on, I do think you should give your ideas a shot and look afterwards how it actually turns out. Testing is good for re-assuring afterall, BUT I'm sceptic on the AI zombies idea tbh.

I've played on ZS servers like that before and it doesn't feel quite as exciting and as alive than having actual players being zombies. Also, once players are dead they'd rather leave than watch others play and have fun, while being a lame spectator. That's my view on that matter.

Anyways, hope that you get your problems back in hand again.

A Deluvas' ZS would definately get me back to Gmod...

Especially if you promise me hats. Lots of them :pipe:

  2. On the 5th May - 2013, you realize "Oh snap, I still have to study for that history test!".

Your history teacher was seriously ill for the last month, so basically you didn't have legit lessons

about the topic you are writing this test about. One week ago you heard:

"We are suppose to study from P. 80 to P. 115, plus the work sheets she gave us."

And now after having spent your week playing video games and jerking around with friends, you realize

that you need to have learned this shit until tuesday - What would YOU do?

A ) "I will learn as much as I can until tuesday like an honest student. If I fuck up, I deserved it!"

B ) "Eat this gorgonzola cheese that is expired for two months. Better luck on the catch up test on saturday!"

I already know what I'm going to do, but I'd like to know how the rest on here would react ;p

    Simple and fast post

  3. Sick of action games these days that are unjustifiedly refaired to as 'Survival Horror' or 'Thriller' games, just and only because they include zombies?

You are in for a treat if you want to hear about a really thrilling game, recently announced by Bethesda Softworks:

    The Evil Within

When Detective Sebastian and his partner rush to the scene of a gruesome mass murder, a mysterious, powerful force is lying in wait for them. Witnessing the killing of fellow police officers one after another, Sebastian is then attacked and loses consciousness. Waking up in a land where monsters are wandering about, Sebastian has to fight his way through a world of death and its close friend madness in order to understand what’s going on. Sebastian has to face his fears in order to survive on a journey to discover what lies in the shadows of that mysterious force.

'The Evil Within' is developed at Tango Gameworks under the direction of a man you might heard of. Shinji Mikami - Known as the creator of the Resident Evil series.

'We're incredibly proud to announce The Evil Within, my team and I are committed to creating an exciting new franchise,

providing fans the perfect blend of horror and action.' -Shinji Mikami

A Return to Pure Survival Horror: From the father of the survival horror genre, Shinji Mikami. He appears once again as the director of this game, one which makes your blood run cold, but heats you right back up. Players must survive on limited resources, experiencing that supreme match of action and horror, that indescribable terror. To survive in an afflicted world, your anxiety and nerves will be pushed to the edge.

Brutal Traps and Enemies with Puzzles: While struggling to survive, you’ll have to face indescribable terror, cruel traps, and sly mechanisms. Players can die in a trap all too easily, however, at times they can turn them against enemies.

In an Unstable World, Not All Horrors are in Plain Sight: The player is driven into a corner as the world distorts and warps according to mysterious and evil horrors. The scenery: hallways, walls, doors, rooms, buildings, and even nature, all transforming in real time based on the player’s actions. And the threats keep coming from all directions.

A Supernova of Horror: By setting one foot in this world weaved from lush backdrops, characters with personality, and a polished story, players will be sucked in, willing or unwilling, tension and anxiety rapidly mounting. When that fear is smashed and conquered, you can experience the bliss that can only be found in The Evil Within.

    The Evil Within will be out for consoles and more importantly - PC. Its release will be in 2014 though ;_;

NOW, what are your thoughts of this game? Are you into horror survival and looking forward to this or do you expect it to be a downer? Let me know about your opinion!

  4. Creators of Dark Souls are saying how they want to reduce difficulty in order to make the sequel friendlier for casual gamers.
Then they were babbling about how they wanted the Skyrim community for Dark Souls 2.
Seeing how the difficulty is a crucial element for the Souls games, I get a bad feeling about this.

  5. You are bored and looking for something to play? If you also like Sci-Fi and ninja stereotypes, 'Warframe' might do it to you!

The game is about an alien race facing extinction, now fighting to survive against a tyranie of another alien race.

Equiped with arms and a futuristic blade it's your turn to kick ass!

But boring storylines aside, 'Warframe' is actually a fairly fun game to play if you have the time

It's a PC game still in its beta phase and therefor free to download and play. It's basically an online co-op shooter with general RPG elements

you find to upgrade your character with. A market gives a fair amount of weapons to choose from and there are a lot of missions you can play

solo or online with other people. While you make progress, the enemies become more difficult to defeat. Missions become repetitive,

but special abilities you gain over the time usually keep you playing - Playing with friends makes it especially more fun
