Ok, so here's another idea:
There should be an easier way of telling where the boundaries of a "plot" (the pieces of land that you claim) are.
Ways of doing this? The only way I've found is to basically use an outsider to test where he can (and cannot) place blocks.
You can see where the "Chunk" you claimed ends by walking out of it. It will show a message in the lower left corner of your screen if you walk out of yours, into another (not claimed/claimen by others) chunk.
Or just type /f map in the chat or checking from dynamic map

I have a suggestion on the combat logging thing. Now the protection works with time so any one can go near some one relog and kick some ass. What if it worked
by distance to another player. Like when a member of a hostile faction goes about 20 blocks away from the player that's being raided and tries to relog
the raider wouldn't have any spawn protection same for the person who is being raided. And and the protection time could be shortened from 10 seconds to 5-7 seconds

And don't tell me that they need to kill since that is no reason if the other faction stays in his huge unpenatratable water-cube
The thing is, everyone is building unpenetrable watercubes because of those mountains. And I don't want that.
No. Those cubes where there before everyone started start mountaining. In the last map one of the only big factions with a normal base was pistoners and the rest where just cubes.
Water defense are against cannons and mountains against the water defenses
