Don't know, I just downloaded it from internet a non-steam version. If you used other link, post it here plz. I had CSS earlier, it worked fine, but now... I don't know.

So I downloaded CSs, installed it (in RUS version). Launched auto-updater, it updated. Then I tried to launch it and it says ''no permissions to run cstrike''.

Same for me. This auto-login works. But when I got a new IP, it didn't work eanymore.

Give those -20GC only if you don't beat the time more than 3-5 times in a row, not just at the first no finish, but not a bad idea, I even came up with some ranks:

Well, I feel bad for ya, but if the server ping limit will be that high, we will return to the Ping Age. It is bad enough that most of the sa-mp servers are laggy, but laaag in RACE servers is even worse.
I drive to the finish line, I'm 2nd and suddenly a car crashes inside me, is that normal!?

I changed my name with /nick to snaipers but there is one problem. When I pressed F10, it showed all my race starts, BUT, all my finishes and wins have been deleted, why?

Yey, got 200 races and more than 1/3 finished.

You should calculate wins / total races ratio. Wins / finished is useless, because some people like HiJack and Bandit don't finish the race unless winning.
Why don't the finish? If the ratio is from starts and wins, the ratio will be small.
Example me, 200 races, 2 wins = 0.01 .
