So yeah, the RAM update has been done. But we, players, still experience a lot of lag/lerp. To make clear what I mean:
lerp is yellow.
I do not know what lerp is but every time it's yellow it stutters and becomes unplayable (what other people call lag)

LoL is the easy one. HoN has more depth, and as such has a steeper learning curve.

Yes, it's horrible. KotH server is fucked to the bone, really unplayable.
Arena is still playable but it gets worse and worse, eventually it will probably be the same as the KotH server. My good friend Darkstar is aware of this problem, he sometimes restarts the server, but it doesn't help a lot. I really hope this can be resolved as I find it an enjoyable server.
Except for when [DC] AC Milan is around, he's an ass.

If it isn't the lack of memory, then what is it. You are the only server who has it this bad.
