Is it possible to get refund or get back unlimited horns, or it's not an option anymore?

just tried it, and still, i could use only 3 times, after when push H only cars honked. just i don't have to wait the 10 sec delay.. or thats it??? i tought i can use more than 3 times..

Yeah, i'm talking about the unlimited using of horns, i bought it around last year, summer or earlier, i can not remember, but it doesn't work now.

Hey, I did buy this thing long ago, but now i can only use the horns just 3 times / map, i know its bullshit, but it did cost to me 5000 gc and it's something. can i get back the 5000 gc or make horns to be use like it should please? Thank you [HU]DbuggR
