Requesting a Ban for AutomatedMoose & JuanTwoThree4; Minecraft server.

They were using lava mountain

I also have in-game pictures and chat logs that I will post at the admins request saying that they do not care if they are banned, they don't care I was taking screenshots, etc.

This is the second time they have done this to my base, the first time I didn't bother reporting since I didn't take screenshots. This makes a huge mess for me to have to clean up, and after I donated to receive most of the blocks that built my base and now it's messed up where I have to spend another 2 hours clearing all the lava and cobblestone.

Those screenshots hardly prove a thing, as we were only standing around a stone structure. We had set out to raid ByteMe's base, after they had repeatedly made racial comments towards several users. One of them being Juan, who they have been harassing for several weeks now. I have no problems with competition and smack talk, but users on this server should not be constantly verbally harassed by a faction, especially about their race. ByteMe has donated to the server, and I sincerely hope that will not skew the judgement of the admins their way. With little to no proof, and the history of this faction (trolling) I hope that the mods can make an informed decision.

First of all, yes I was making racial comments towards Juan, but I don't see any kind of rule when I login about racial comments. Just no Nazi signs, hack, etc AND LAVA MOUNTAINS. If it is not allowed then I will no longer say anything about Juans race, but as far as I can tell there is nothing in place saying I cannot say racial things.

I believe the rule applies more on the side of making mountains out in the wilderness for the sake of being a troll. Griefing and raiding are completely legal and therefore, the use of lava to attack a base is fair game. If you placed obsidian on a base to trap somebody, that wouldn't be bannable. I don't see why this would be either. However, using racial slurs and calling somebody a "dirty little mexican" is not okay.

I thought you said you guys were 'just standing' around the structure? You should be banned twice as long for lying. And I don't see any rules on racial comments like I said but I do see just like you and everyone else when you login, no lava mountains.

Admins if you need anymore proof let me know.

Have you not read the above comments? I admit to saying racial comments..... you don't have to post any proof, I own up to what I say and do.

And AGAIN, there is no rules about either of it. But there is rules about Lava Mountains.

And I find it very funny how you just now complain about me saying racial comments when "I have been saying them for weeks", just because there is a ban request for you two and how I've only been on the server for around a week.

No it doesn't apply to just that. It's aimed specifically at people like you who use it to ruin/gain entry to people's bases.

I appreciate that. And honestly, we wouldn't have done it if he hadn't been so god damn annoying. (It's also wonderfully ironic that he told us he would get us banned, and ended up getting himself banned in the process.)
