Hello i am trying to donate to the server and im using a prepaid visa vallina card and its debit and its 25 dollars on it and it saying declined am i able to use that to donate cause i donated with one before like this one please right back

If you don't mind me asking, how much is it you're trying to donate, We handle donations in Euroes here so wehn you donate the amount you enter is the amount of euroes, if that when converted to dollars (And possibly a conversion charge) it may actually exceed the amount of dollars you have.

That shouldn't be the problem, Euros are worth something like 0.75 to the dollar

Ah, Thought it was the other way round.

Edit, Just checked XE, If he tried to donate $25 as euros, It converts to 33 Euros, so that could be the cause if $25 Is all he has
