Lag=Xray Ban?

I have very slow almost dial-up connection.When i was mining chunks where not loading and i saw diamond.Like every minecraft i mined them. then when i got back to my base i got banned for x-raying. I dont get your plugin for xrayer's to well but this should be fixed in the new update where they fix the server code.

It doesn't work like that, xray bans are permanent.
