SpamGuard banned me for no reason!

I recently got banned by spamguard before the olympic building competition started.

I killed someone and they hacked so I kept saying

'No you hacked'

As he was denying it.

I got banned.

I mean that was 2011 I got banned (I think) but can I have a second chance.

If this server was crap I wouldn't be still trying to get myself unbanned would I especially several months after I got banned.

What do I have to do to get unbanned?
