Should peacefull factions use flint and steel and kill you

Today a half hour ago, I got killed by megajosh11 (faction: vanquisher), he used flint and steel and burned me to death.

Then, he gave my full diamont to an enemy, which killed my a lot of times.

Killing people isnt peacefull, and helping other factions in a war to.
