zs servers cache file does not load

I need some help with this one, the game does not load this cache file: cache/cdf06423b8f239 ... after trying to download it again for 4000 times or more and then letting you in to the server without it, next the game disconnects and says on the console window that server does not work because all cache files did not download, so any ideas how to fix this? i have already been removed, reloaded the game cfg part too.
