When I reach the green checkpoint (I guess that is a change to a boat) it doesn't work and it doesn't change. Try to fix it.

You have to select every checkpoint, press F3, change color, and make only 1 of the RGB colors "255"--> either RED (plane) / Green (boats) /  Blue (car).
