Lava gives falldamage....

Hey guys, Ive been busy in the Nether much last time, and 2 times I fell into the lava, I thought, when I reach the lava, I press enter and TP home,  but I fell to death, so Ive wasted pretty much stuff on it, and this is not normal. how does it comes and is it fixable?

I think its a  kind of a bug.

It's not a bug. You will allways take fall damge when you fall in lava, unless you hold space and the lava is about 5-10 blocks deep (depends on the height you are falling from) as you probally didn't have any fire resistance effect on you, you tried to type /f home and you would just fall through the lava and hit the ground.

ikr it happened to me too, but yeah that happens. I agree with robbi_pvp!!

No it was not that I fall until the bottom of the lav just the first block and boom

When I hitted the lava I died immediately

You said this happend twice, maybe it just was one block down to the ground?

Could be, first time Im sure it was 1 blick deep only, 2nd time Idk, and Idc
