In my opinion they should have permanent ban because they advertised other servers. Whatever. Admin will take the decisions

Yes, advertising is a reason for a perm ban.
Anyway, I'm not sure that only the name would be enough to make it happen, since the IP is the most important part. Lets wait for another admin.
