I've seen this guy many times flooding on IRC, and that's the way to get muted for a long time...

I think SDK has got rights to ban, mute or kick, whatever it is on IRC

MTA admins now have IRC rights so now it has supervision and if the guy spams again he'll face the consequences.

I already banned him actually, we should be thanking this guy, he forced me to move to new channels so I could ban him
