hi i just wanted to know if anyone knows how to topup a paypal account using a mobile, or if there is anyway to donate to the servers via mobile. :)

SMS services charge commision, it's very hard to set one up without investing a decent amount of money into it, so I'm going to say im 95% sure they don't have an SMS way of donations.
