I can not log in from the server

I can not log in from the server, when I log in, tell me the email or password is wrong .. while in the forum I can log in whenever I want to .. I hope you help me on this

Is it your first time to happen? I mean you logged in before in the server?!

I know what the problem is but I do not know how to solve this problem

I made an account from the F8 from inside the game + then I worked with the same username and another account on the site and then I could not login from the login panel but I can log in via F8

Can you help me ??
