They stole my account. (Speedy)

I just received an email from you saying that my account email address has been changed by someone else and you want me to respond to this email immediately if I haven't changed it and I did immediately. I point out that I did not do this and I am currently unable to log into my existing account.
I lost access to my account, please help me with this, I play the game under the name Speedy, I had a very old account, I don't want my efforts to go to waste.

I can no longer access this account because someone from another country changed my login email address without my knowledge.
