Map differs from the servers?

I have this problem... everytime i connect the server it says

"Your map [lts_arena.bsp] differs from the servers. Disconnecting."

Does the server use old version or what

Yeah, this happened before with bt_island.

They probably need to update the server.

One of the versions is old/corrupted. You can solve it my removing the map and redownloading it from the server, though this might be annoying for you if you play on another server with this map (or the older/newer/uncorrupted version).
