Could i be unbanned?

Hello everyone. It has been a few monthes that i have been playing mta en specially Mr.green server.Unfortualy i got band yesterday(13 June 2010). I dont why im band it was just that i had a big lagg my internet was blocking and boom there stood that i was banned. My name is: uop, i was bend like 08:00 till 09:00 o'clock brussels time.

I wanted to ask if there is a possibility to get unband because i love o race and your server is the only server which provides that fun. I live in the netherlands
