How to include a weather mod???

Im making a map and it would be really nice if it could include a weather mod. I already found one but how to put it into the map its a .dat file

I guess it's a timecyc.dat.

You can copy some rgb colors (skyTop and skyBot) out of it and then set the skycolor with setSkyGradient.

That's the only thing you can do though.
