[ZS] How does the game register kills?

Does the person who fired the last shot at the zombie or the person who did the most damage to the zombie get the kill?

I believe it's the one that actually kills him, and thus shoots the last bullet.

The one that makes the final hit gets the kill, luckily we got assists for the one that did the most dmg.

The one that makes the final shot (also if its commando's headshot, which does ALOT of dmg) will get the kill.
