Do you know how to record videos with sound and longer than 30 sec.?

There is quoby and Fraps, but those are shit, only 30 secons limit!

With Fraps I actually mean the full version (the not so legal version in my situation).

I think you won't find any better one, because all free recorders are utter shit.

Record in lower quality, or use a video editing program to montage your video

That's more for desktop recording imo.

OT: Use something to montage that shit. You can set the quality and add effects/credits/whatever you like. I use Sony Vegas Pro, but there are more of those programs (even Windows Movie Maker, but I don't recommend ).

Erm, I pressed record, then 14 minutes later I pressed stop record.

They're massive files, but if you render them through some editing software, they shrink it a fair bit.
