Damien
I don't know anything about mapping, but maybe you could look at this link: http://forums.left4green.com/index.php?showtopic=254And other map topics in the garrymod section. Quote Link to comment
A Random Hobo
Most of that is too advanced. Do some basic tutorials (YouTube, get the feel of hammer, then look at advanced optimisation. Quote Link to comment
Kniight
Hello Guys,I would like to make a new Zombie Survival Map and now I need a little bit help. Are there any Tutorials for this? And what should I note when I am making a map?NicoIf you are serious about mapping, then I suggest you do some reading. There are plenty of useful tutorials around so have a good look. I would suggest that you do a few practice maps to begin with to familiarise yourself with hammer. Have you any other experience?EDIT: By which I mean prior experience with hammer. Quote Link to comment
Nico
I've got a little bit experience, but I'm still a "noob" in mapping. Quote Link to comment

A Random Hobo
Sounds like you have a leak. Also, type buildcubemaps in the console to use the env_cubemaps Quote Link to comment
Evolve
it appeared not to be a leak, it was some random microbrush that screwed stuff up Quote Link to comment
