Banned for spamming commands?

Please unban me. I was just using some faction commands when I suddenly got banned.

2. Date of your ban: 2 jan 2012

3. What game/server are you banned from: minecraft/minecraft.nl

4. Who banned you (only if you know who): a bot

5. Reason why you got banned (only if you know why): command spamming

6. Reason why we should unban you:

I used faction commands to alter the faction settings and dynmap cloak.

I was not spamming in chat. The server warns you that you can be banned for command spamming.

So I waited a while before entering the next command. After a while I typed in the next command and I got banned. Seems to happen to more people.

If the game thought you typed a lot of commands, then the plugin STAB kicks in. And STAB is a kick/ban plugin for spamming. So technically you did get banned for spamming.
