cars do change when moving to cp,but only in the cp 2,4,6,8 because i think the author added a car randomizer script to his nts map instead of replacing race to nts on meta.xml.

I'm sure you just want to play on mrgreen just cause of Shooter and DD,there are alot of server thats has these gamemodes just like kali said,and also i still remember an indiand guy that used to play on mix server on 140 ping (he's banned now) so maybe it's your network that is so bad.

400 ping,are you mad? i can't imagine people playing on 400 ping on both servers.

do i really need to wait till march =(
