Are you running WIN XP? If you are it looks like a service pack issue.... If so Install WIN XP service pack one here: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=19751 Hope this helps. Good Luck. If not Reply and I will be happy to troubleshoot longer.
