The weather in Italy is not that bad. 30-32. Living 1 minute away from the sea makes it even better for me.

Well I had my other account which had 300-400 hours of Garrys Mod.
Not to mention that I have 1400-1500 hours of team fortress 2 just in mrgreen servers (I think).

K so I finally got through all the instalation and stuff. When I started up ARMA 2: OA, It first comes up with this error: No entry 'bin/config.bin/CfgInGameUI/MPTable.shadow'. Then i say ok and I go on with the game loading up. Then all of the sudden the game crashes and this error comes up: Error compiling pixel shader PSSpecularAlpha:0 What is all that about? When I start playing Day Z, It crashes saying: Bad Seriel Number Did anyone have this problem? How do I fix it?

You can't make a complicated system because you dont have space where to do it. We need new players, so simple tags as Free Items and an ingame advertising system will help.

Simple, give 20 refined per month for the most active guy on the payload servers.
Ywa/Clavus can buy 10 tf2 premium accounts ( 5euros each), and idle 1 day per week ( I can sort it out with a easy program ). Many people will come there and stay. We win.

Well, they help on banning (is that a word?), kicking, taking decisions as seniors of this community, they don't help on increasing a servers popularity.
