Corsair VX PSU (value serie iirc) are great for the money... cheap and efficient. I own a Corsair HX 650 (pro serie), it's kinda expensive but the insane quality is worth it. Concerning the mobo, I'm an Asus fanboy so I can't really tell ^^ (I've got an Asus P6T and I love it) Oh and if you have the money to spare, consider buying a SSD, the performance improvement is MASSIVE!
