    PC versions of SA-MP and MTA are possible on Android using ExaGear SU. That application is based on Wine 🍷 (a thing for Linux) and it can run native *.exe files on Android but for games it needs to be configured (that may be not easy). Check YouTube for more...

    P.S.   I also found unofficial port of MTA SA on android, that based on mobile samp, i downloaded it from GitLab but couldn't launch. Maybe it's fake, but one brazilian tested it on YT, idk
