Damnit. Summary of what I put after:
Rumours of it being a legal high 'bath salt'. Which are linked to a lot of bad cases, such as teens slitting their own throats thinking they're being surrounded by police and arrested, in their own homes, in front of their parents. And not even feeling or realising it.
Also PCP is linked to canibalistic urges, decreased feeling of pain, and superhuman strength. I would imagine this bath salt is an analogue of PCP.
