I dont believe that my response is considered harrasment. You posted this in a PUBLIC forum. If I must cite evidence. You posted regarding the issue with King Miko and BigBadBob. So your desire to not have me comment here is moot.
This may very well be a public thread, but that still doesn't alter the fact you are directly involved with this particular incident.
I referred to the King Miko thread because I didn't know why a witness to both events, -]ALW[-BigBadBob, had seemingly avoided reporting this one for the same reason as they gave in the other (impersonation).
When I myself posted in the King Miko thread it was general inquiry as to the status of the ban - not the specific circumstance surrounding it.

I was waiting for this to be entered into evidence by Quad_Tube. If I recall Mr. Tube. King Miko was impersonating an alw member. SDK, who happens to be an admin on this server, asked him to remove his alw tags. Which he did under much duress. After doing so, he proceeded to mock the aforementioned SDK by using his nick in such a way that was an obvious attempt to provoke SDK. Hence the ban.
And lets not get started on others impersonating others or pretending to be a person that they are not. You reign supreme in that endeavour.
You and the rest of the alw community are very aware of the issues involved in our "fued". Now you have taken your rant to a different server and expect them to do something about your inability to get along with others.
I guess you wont quit until you are deprived of your opportunity to participate in this community as well.
And regarding pondf1llers actions. While they were not the best representative of his character. He WAS provoked numerous occasions by a one Quad_Tube (which so happens to be you when you actually decide to be you instead of one of your many personas).
Have fun trolling here while you can.
I'll defend your right to air whatever complaint you have against me on this server. However unlike myself and others, I don't believe you were present during this incident. This complaint does not involve you.
Furthermore regardless of your opinions regarding other servers as well as your attempts at demonising me, I don't see why I should be harassed for rightfully reported any player for the reasons already mentioned.
As you can see from my complaint, when I reported Pondfiller I made a point of providing evidence. If you have a genuine complaint regarding anything you think I'm guilty of on this server, open up a suitable thread and do the same. Otherwise I may be inclined to dismiss your affront as idle gossip, trolling or even a hate campaign

I do not know what, if anything, will come of this complaint. Clearly, there are also differences of opinion within the administration over the following rule:
1. Don't spam, swear, exploit, be a retard.In October, King Miko made an unban request. He was accused of similar offences by -]ALW[-BigBabBob, including that of impersonation:
-]ALW[-BigBabBob is the same person you see interacting with -]ALW[-Pondfiller in the above log.
Since both YWA and Binslayer told me they weren’t aware of what took place with -]ALW[-Pondfiller this led me to assume nobody else had mentioned it.
For the record I did post earlier to raise awareness of the incident, however it appears my concerns were either lost in the system or I failed to post them in the appropriate section. Sorry for that.

The accuser, minus their tag and with a new account, is making several accusations here which seem a bit vague or misleading.
- I really don't care whether or not you put my name in the thread title. I'm more interested in the detail.
- At no time have I ever insisted "no one should talk in the chat box while in game". Neither have I claimed to "the best admin in a server that never has any players".
- I have never asked to be a recruit. Even if that were true, what actual bearing does this have on your complaint here?
- If I race against some of the best drivers on ALW, so what? I hardly ever even see you on there and I fail to see why I should stop on account of the stuff that mostly takes place elsewhere. I don't hate all ALW's.
When I joined IRC tonight, Taint started with the remarks. As he did not give the impression he wanted to be treated like a rational adult, I just left him to his own devices.
He then appeared intend on being more disrespectful, inferring that I have or would, go on a "banning spree". It's me that has to fix the damage when people come to expect it. Previously I've also had an ALW member telling their clan-mates to ban me, which leaves me wondering what if anything I am supposed to have done on their clan server, or having to explain to people I would never ban anyone without a valid reason.
I contacted the ALW server owner (Acid), who came across as being helpful and calm. Certain ALW members appeared to have scant regard for their upholding their reputation as a fair and respectable outfit, so I mentioned these things to him. This was not something drummed up overnight. The spamming, flooding, impersonation, arguing and use of IRC to provoke or escalate conflicts was spoiling the fun of the Green server and could spill over elsewhere. So out of courtesy I spoke to their server owner.
More often than not, I find that a lot of what I see on Green's MTA server seems to be associated with some (not all) ALW members. However out of respect for the community as a whole IF it comes down to not playing here and letting them carry on as they are, so be it.
I am not using this game server until at least after Christmas.. no Slayer, it's not because I am grounded (bit too old for that), but because one family member is ill and I don't expect to have the time to play. Thanks a lot for your impartial and professional opinions.

Just some of my opinions along with the others..
Your software requirements, budget and any salvageable hardware will determine what hardware you purchase.
Can you therefore please supply the following information:-
. What specific software do you wish to run?
. What is your overall budget?
. Your current hardware: CPU, Motherboard, PSU and case (including case cooling)?
Once we establish these variables we can greatly narrow down your search for the best solution.
Investing so much money and effort into squeezing extra juice out that Intel rig may not be the best practical solution, especially if there are viable alternatives that can match or exceed its performance without requiring upmarket cooling.

I'm not sure which programs you wish to run, but for games I'd recommend nothing less than the AMD Phenom II x4. This range offers excellent value, performance scaling and backwards compatibility. The savings you would make (especially compared to Intel), can then be passed onto the all-important GPU. So those are my reasons for recommending this CPU and they are explained below in more detail.
A Well-Balanced Gaming Rig
Overall 3D game performance is heavily influenced by the total performance of two crucial components: the CPU and GPU. This does vary however depending on the game; some are very kind to weaker CPU’s.
On the CPU side most current games don't scale well - if at all - beyond two cores; rather, they benefit more from core efficiency, clock speed and in some cases (AMD) L3 cache. A growing number of titles do scale well however (GTA IV benefits greatly from using 3 or 4 cores).
Your GPU will also influence overall performance especially if you wish to run 3D games at high resolutions with maximum detail.
For storage as long as you have a half-decent SATA drive and 4GB of value RAM then you should be fine. Just keep in mind that you might need a new PSU (never ever skimp on this part) as well as some case cooling.
So as you can see it’s important to strike a balance. Don't blow your cash on a Phenom II x6 and deny yourself a decent GPU; not only will most games not use the extra cores, they'll also be held back waiting for the (slow) GPU to render the scene.
The AMD Phenom II
The Phenom II is a Socket AM3 (938-pin) CPU that is also backwards-compatible will some AM2+ (940-pin) motherboards. Socket AM2+ CPU's will not work in AM3 boards.
The budget version of Phenom II is named Athlon II. Phenom II is more powerful for the following reasons:
- 6 MB L3 cache vs. none: upto +16% more performance.
- Upto 6 cores vs. 4.
- Hex-core versions have 'Turbo CORE', a dynamic over-clocking feature for speeding up lightly-threaded apps.
- Hex-core versions have improved power characteristics: the same power draw as quad-core Phenom II or even less with some versions! (95 watts vs 125).
Phenom II is recommended because the price increase is fairly small and because of the performance increase on account of the L3 cache. But Athlon II is still a powerful processor for the money: the performance drop isn't massive, and in a lot of cases can easily be compensated for through moderate over-clocking.
The highly-rated Phenom II x4 955 BE (3.2GHz) is an excellent gaming CPU. The 'BE' denotes 'Black Edition', meaning unlocked multiplier for easier over-clocking should the need ever arise. Most Phenom II's are excellent over-clockers, including the regular versions with their locked multipliers. The 955's should be able to reach 975 speeds (3.6GHz) or beyond with ease.
How does the x4 955 BE compare to Intel? At stock speeds it’s generally as powerful as first-generation i5. But this difference varies depending on the game. For example, under GTA IV the 955 competes well with Intel’s expensive flagship, the i7. Not only that, but once you factor in the price/performance ratio and backwards compatibility.. AMD wins hands-down.

The above benchmark illustrates the importance of getting the CPU/GPU balance right.
Most current games don't scale well beyond two cores - they benefit more from per-core efficiency, clock speed and in some cases L3 cache. This explains why AMD's 3.4GHz quad-core Phenom II CPU is slightly faster than their 3.2GHz hex-core variant. It also explains why despite a low clock speed of 2.66GHz, the Intel i7 beats the both of them.. the i7 is simply more efficient.
The GPU also plays an important role. Note the FPS drop when enabling 8x anti-aliasing, which is due to increased demands on the GPU's memory bandwidth and capacity. This performance drop becomes more noticeable the higher the resolution and quality, until the point where the GPU becomes the limiting factor (look how close the green bars are as each system is held back by the GPU however overall performance remains excellent).
What matters most in this benchmark is the fact that despite the variations in CPU hardware and associated costs, even the cheaper AMD Phenom II x4 is capable of producing silk-smooth game-play..as long as you don't skimp on the GPU.
GTA IV is one of the few games able to upto 4 cores (3 cores minimum is recommended and is a huge improvement over dual-core). Instead of buying a hex-core CPU your money would be better spent on a quad-core along with a professional gaming GPU, i.e. one that can provide maximum image quality at higher resolutions.
Phenom II x4 performs well compared to the competition.
Heat
Thanks to AMD's engineering expertise, heat won't a big issue unless you're into serious over-clocking. All current AMD processors include thermal overload protection as standard.

Despite more cores and cache, the maximum power draw remains the same. This is due to the internal components being smaller and in some cases* further refined.
Your board can 'officially' accommodate CPU’s upto 140W.

This is not the ALW server. I've formally reported an incident which occurred on this server, and in accordance with its rules and regulations..not ALW's rules and regulations including any shout-box "conversation" you claim we had on there.
