Other than the achievements Pufulet said, I would suggest something like:

Plus, I would like to suggest to bring the laser mines back, from IW class: Scout
They're basically mines (they don't explode) that can be planted on walls, floors or ceiling that emmit a laser (deals no damage).
If zombies pass through them, they will be marked with a segnal, which can be seen on a minimap (or directly on the screen like it was on IW)

The images are very low on resolution so it's hard to see any details
It's hard to give any sort of critism on them as well, since they are either very basic or drawn from a reference.

Another way to improve (on your people drawn) to get proportions right on the people, its one of the most important things! Try googling or looking on YouTube for some tutorials on drawing comic book characters (Its probably the best to get a general idea of the proportions), and then after youve drawn a few characters you get a better understanding of drawing things to scale
Id also recommend just doing some tracing of stuff to get an idea of how stuffs positioned, like faces and shit like that
Actually, I think the proportions are roughly OK, maybe the head is a little big, on the Zombie and Freeman picture.
About the TF2 background image, I guess the proportions are pretty 'fucked up'... but I made it about one year ago.

I took GCSE art..
Uhhh... what does that stand for? Actually, I made my drawings during boring hours of school when the teacher isn't there, or during the break.
Thats quite interesting.. You could experiment by going over the different lines in different thickness of black liner pen, maybe add some (subtle, not super bright felt tip) colours to it
I suck at colouring, I always end up choosing colours that can't stay togheter and look horrible mixed up. Though, I've just found a random drawing made by my brother, and he used colours.
And I mostly use a normal pencil, But your tips are interesting and I will definetly try them.

How about you let members to have their own "workshop" in the forum (like steam workshop) so they can design hats and suggest them?
Also, 12k for a hat and 20k for a custom colour? What the hell, ain't that a bit too much? I know, there won't be anything else to do with GC's... no upgrades anymore, but still, killing 12000 zombies to buy a hat doesnt make much sense... I hope you accidentally added one zero

@quert: Pro's will always have the advantage, nothing you can do about it. in current zs if a pro is on zombie team, humans barely win and if they are on human team, zombies barely win.
I've never said that they don't, as I've never said that 'noobs' and 'pros' are supposed to be equal.
It's like this in the current zs.
But from what NECROSSIN and Pufulet said, I can guess that just being a trio of pro's in a perfect barricade which powerlevel is over 9000 won't be enough (It isn't enough already, in the current version.) to survive the round.
Let's just wait and we'll see.
Also, probably gonna make few changes for turrets:
Decrease their damage
Decrease distance between them
Turret no longer can see Ethereals (because they cant use teleport anymore)

Yes, I like all of the 3 points, especially the 2nd and 3rd.
Anyways anything is fine to me just as long as ethereals' teleport ability is removed (which will be done...yay!)

You have never seen a really procade right ?
We survived with 5 people against 30 zombies on Ugly Fort Snow, and it was 1 of the most intense game I´ve ever had.
You can go into a cade with 30 people and enjoy gunning down 6 zombies ( Which in unenjoyble atm, cous of killsteal )
Note to myself : ZS matches under 75 % Infliction are boring.
Ugly Fort Snow? Easy as hell. because of the grate they added, there are different floors in the big hole (normal ugly fort just has that random hole with nothing) and you can nail the shelf and the huge 'bath tubs' to make a win cade. Moreover, there also are nailing hammers you can pick up so everyone can be a 'support'. The only problem, like in most win maps, are teleporting wraiths and headcrabs.
As for the fact that you get hardly any kills if you stay in a barricade with 30 people, I dont see why its supposed to be a problem. The goal is to survive, not to get most kills, if you want to get kills just run outside and go in 'berserker mode' and leave the camping role to the guys who want to stay alive...
Also, making pro cades ain't that hard, it's just that most supports don't care and carelessly nail random props, or they just don't listen, or they don't get help (e.g. someone holding the plank for him)
Anyways, If they said that teamwork is going to be an important factor to achieve victory, it will be indeed. Which is a good thing, so people finally stop locking others out, unless they don't want to survive at all
Surviving a round is going to be an important achievement to obtain EXP points, so even 'Pro's should think twice before locking themselves in the map's best place, completely alone, just so they can get more kills than others and show off, if they want to 'lvl up' aswell.
In short, I'm not underestimating the power of skill... but just having 2-3 pro's ranked top10 in a barricade with you most likely isn't going to be enough.
Or atleast I hope so, otherwise all the changes would be completely useless and teamwork would be still a unknown word in the universe of Zombie Survival.
It may be true that killing 1337 zombies in a single round alone and die 10 mins later (instead of surviving 20) could be an exciting and "fun" experience, but surviving with 10+ fellow humans can be fun aswell, even if you end up with the score of just 10 kills or less. (IMO it's even better)

this discussing is just going around circle so lets stop it. My answer to your question is:
the goal of zombie survival is having fun and its fun (atleast for me) when i fight the zombies whit couple of good skilled players. its boring to sit in the cade whit 10 people for 20mins and only sometimes get kill or two. And if its fun for you to sit in a cade whit many peoples do it, cause you wont see me in there
New zs hopefully is going to be more fast-paced (in action terms). Zombies have less respawning time right now, in balance that humans can repair barricades and carry much more ammo and stuff.
That was one of fun factors in classic zs
Its also gonna be very tense as humans cant afford to waste health.
So teamwork is gonna be important?

... Aura Perk. Imagine an entire team with that perk, itd be 'pew pew' dead.
That's why I suggested it to be "Not stackable."
Not stackable it means that if 10 humans selected that perk, you wouldn't reiceve the damage bonus x10, but just x1.

Luke, classes will removed and will be replaced with loadouts, so just suggest it as a normal perk.
Anyways, I think the pack mule perk is a pretty good idea.
1 Increased speed is an obvious one that many games like to have. For example the Zombies have a speed boost whilst playing with their first life. Short, but still efficient.Actually, I think there already is a speed boost for zombies.
Edit: There is more team work with the zombies then there is with humans hiding behind a cade with flaws

I DO understand your point, but I HARDLY EVER see a team of 3 people staying alive for 20 minutes (EVEN IF SKILLED), I bet it would happen more often if the team was of more humans, like 6-10, if not more...
And of course it might be more exciting to be against 9999 zombies, but what about them? they might aswell sit back and wait until round end if you always lock them out from the best cade place in the map when they're humans... no point even trying
I wouldn't be complaining if you suicidal guys used different cading places and leave the best for the guys who really want to survive. And it's not about 'getting Rounds Survived to level up', it's the goal of the game...

Or is it: "Survive the round (As Humans)" and "Eat Humans' brains (As Zombie) and, maybe, achieve redemption (As a undead turning back into a human) ?

Yeah, so fuck teamwork... right? that word probably doesn't even exist anymore in the Zombie Survival vocabolary.
The goal of the game isn't to earn over 9000 Greencoins in a round (they will become pretty much useless in the update, because shops will have hats only, and no upgrades to buy.), but to survive.
Like i've said (^)... There's no 'die together or survive alone', because there barely are any chances to manage to avoid death when you're in a cade for a total of 3.
About the fact that there isnt just one cade in each map it's true, but the selfish suicidal idiots always take the best one... and in some maps there is only one good place to camp in, the rest of them are just pseudo camping spots.
Moreover, who gives a shit some 'nawbs' go commando and follow you? It certainly isn't my problem, they can do whathever they want, I mostly go either support, engineer or medic and always look for a decent place.
Still, being selfish isn't a tactic.
It would be just in the event the goal of the game was: getting most kills and most greencoins gained.

But since the goal is to SURVIVE instead, teamwork is important, as a human team winning is a rare happening... unless zombies are being lazy or server is almost empty, it hardly ever happens that 100% of the humans who joined the group of people in a barricade remain alive, blockades can still break, noobcrabs headcrabs can still pass through gaps, ethereal can still teleport through them
(Well, they won't be able to do that in the update, of course...)
Here's quick list of things I support so far , they're just my opinions (or someone else's that I support... it's still something that I think) and they most likely won't change, but I might add some other idea
(I know, most of u wouldn't care anyway [don't read then], but I'll still put it)
1) Loading screen: remove top10 list... or atleast make new players feel more welcome, with things like 'best new player'. (like Dr.Minky said.)
2) + Poison gasses [ZOMBIE SPAWNS ONLY] in maps that are missing them
3) DMG based SP gain (like Tennisballesser said.)
4) Humans able to pass through nailed props during the 'pre-round' phase
Random perks (some... or all of them, I dont know, will certainly be refused because too OP or something, NECROSSIN said)

And you call that a tactic? Taking the best cading spot in the map ALONE and lock the rest of the world outside is a tactic? Nope, that's just a totally selfish behavior, and since ZS is... or SHOULD be... based on teamwork, it's pretty much a suicide attempt.

Don't early cade... that's a easy thing to say, too bad people just don't listen and actually lock people out... 'noobs' normally don't 'fuck' cades up, if they do you can always report them for cadebreaking, because that's the only way they could 'fuck' them up, since explosions by humans won't damage barricades anymore (Necro...or pufulet said that)

Are the things I've said in that post so hard to understand?
If they are, then let me explain those 2 simple concepts with easy to understand words:
1) I, Quert, suggest the crew of mr green to add poison gasses (the green floating particles that look like toxic gas that damages humans and heals zombies 'breathing' it) to the zombie spawns in the maps where there aren't any.
If they do, humans will not 'spawncamp' anymore (staying in the zombie spawn to repeatedly kill them just as soon as they respawn) , which is what they sometimes do.
2) One day I was playing in the Mr.Green GMod #1 | ZOMBIE SURVIVAL | LEFT4GREEN.COM server. The map was (I don't remember the name of it) the one with the car crusher. Pufulet (if it wasn't him, it certainly was another admin, but it was most likely him) was online. Humans were camping upstairs. So I heard him saying: "I think I should add poison gas up there. It was the old zombie spawn anyway."
So I simply quoted him. Of course, the vents wouldn't be included because it wasn't part of the old zombie spawn.
Yet you guys just take that quote thinking I would want them added in the camping spots. IMO that's trolling.

How about making all humans able to walk through barricades during the 'Pre-Round' time? That way, poor innocent people won't remain locked out and everybody will have a chance to survive. (Obviously, by 'barricades' I mean the props that have been nailed by those who possess a nailing hammer. If people could walk through normal props they might abuse in some way.)

and quert doesnt seem to be able to see that HUMANS ALWAYS LOSE except on maps where all humans are forced into team work like on pub, its so small that you cant go anywhere else and any vaguely good team could survive that map
I bet problems would be instantly solved if the DMG based SP gain system was used, because if I attack humans till i'm low on health (So I took dmg and someone earned SP's) and then go back to spawn to heal myself, both zombies and humans would be balanced.
I still support the fact that they should add poison gasses. atleast in the spawns

The attack and heal tactic is used by every zombie capable of thinking.
Startzombies break nails twice as fast, and if you retreat before dieng as zombie the human team won´t get any points = bigger guns.
( Thats why I support the idea of DMG based SP so much )
A human team without big weapons will really get problems against Alphazombies or bigger hordes.
I honestly think Alpha HP should only work on Normal zombies, a poisonzombie with 900 HP is just dumb
I don't even think that Alpha HP is possible to get as poisonzombie, because if you get that bonus and die you will respawn without it, especially if it happens after long time (and you'd have to wait quite a while to unlock Poison zombie, no?) So it's possible only as Normal zombie (I think)
About the DMG based SP gain, that's a good point. (I'll definely support that aswell

If they used that system, no ANNOYING Kill Steals(
) would occur. So they could do something like 25 dmg = 1 SP and headshot damage x1.5 SP bonus

Why is it supposed to be unfair? Even if they add them, very few zombies would do the "Attack - Retreat 'n' Heal" tactic anyway. And spawncamp is possible in any map except the ones where zombies come out of spawn and neither zombies nor humans can go back in.
The Poison Zombie's 'portable' poison gas aura certainly used to be an unfair thing, both because it could deal AOE dmg, and heal zombies. But poison gasses are still and you can just avoid them, and zombies would have to run to them to heal. The goal of the game is to keep zombies away from you and survive as long as possible, right? So the result is still the same: Instead of dying, the 'smart' zombies (who want to do the tactic) go away to heal. What's the difference???

When I'm selected as first zombie in a map with poison gas, I usually attack humans until i've got <100 hp. Then I just go back to the gas area to get full HP. If I die I lose the max hp bonus, that's why. (That way they dont even get kills from me, therefore they dont get SP, they waste ammo so they just weaken themselves while I attack them)
Don't see why they shouldn't add it. Today I've even heard Pufulet saying that he should add poison gas in the place humans usually camp (the map with the car crusher trap. the place upstairs, vent not included), so I dont see why the same thing shouldn't be done with other maps that are missing gasses

They should be visible on default, and an option needs to be added to hide them.
*Only if the size of the signatures are limited to a certain amount? Otherwise the pages could end up massive if someone has some stupid ass signature
You could still hide the signature if it takes too much space, don't see what would be the problem

Scoreboards meant to be the same graphic that Necro has on the menu screen in game but obviously I dont have the file, but I guess if he decides to put this in then he could send me it
