Yeah, Im using an American Credit Card, not euros.

When i donated, I Got charged a $1.95 Fee until my statement was sended in then they will repay me back.... but it is taking longer than usual to send it in. I Dont know what’s going on with PayPal or the donation system, This is my first time doing it anyways. So i need some help. And my credit card is finished because of the $1.95 Fee until i validated the statement code....
