Well there are three main factors. First of all your fps, because if you've limited MTA to low fps you can't compete with other players who have high fps. Then there's the ping which depends on your internet connection or your nationality. Keep in mind that servers are physically installed in Europe, so if you're from another continent you probably have an high ping. And finally the NOS usage: aged players knows how to keep NOS for the good spot. For example if you take NOS pickup in a bad zone for acceleration you should wait until the road gets straight or good for NOS usage. I hope that you'll understand which factors influence your car's speed.

And maybe "Greencoins" in Turkish means "Introduce yourself"

Well maybe something happened in the past with Bond makes him talking like that. I spend a lot of time in the server and I've never seen Bond speaking like that to other people. And no I'm sorry that doesn't make you cool. I don't think that he insult people randomly.

I don't want to be racist, because I know that outside around the world there are respectful turkish people. However in our servers they do whatever they want: flooding the chat in their language, insulting other people in turkish, advertising other servers, etc. etc. Now, I met a lot of people in servers but I've never seen people so disrespectful.
