you can do it your self just found a song or sound.

First rename to "last human" if you want to change that and just drag it to your folder with sounds and there you go. (I suck at guiding people)

If you want to replace the lasthuman soundtrack, you'll have to find an mp3 and rename it to lasthuman_fixed.mp3 and place it in your garrysmod/sounds folder.
