FPS issue

Flashing and dissappearing messages on the screen (about ghostmode, dimension, finishers) started to cause slowdown recently. I don't know, probably MTA devs have changed something but I was recording with fraps for years with steady 45 fps, now fps reduced to 40-35 when these messages floating. They need to be made less perfomance demanding.

The same happens with me, I used to play always in 45FPS, but now in middle of a race my FPS reduce to 40 -35 for a while (1 or 2 seconds) then it comes back again. Does anyone have the same problem?
