Hi everyone,

Unfortunately, my first post in this great community has to be a Ban Appeal. ;(

I'm going to stick to the guidelines and explain my case, hopefully something can be done about this because it's a permanent serial ban.

1. Your ingame name: BASHA-FileteDePollo

2. Date of your ban: 21/10/2012 ~16.30

3. What game/server are you banned from: MTA:San Andreas 1.3 MrGreen MIX server (NTS,CTF,RTC...)

4. Who banned you (only if you know who): Sergio_riv

5. Reason why you got banned (only if you know why): I admit I used CAPS too often, but I do not understand how this got me a permanent serial ban, but that's why I'm here.

6. Reason why we should unban you: I'm an active player and enjoy MrGreen MIX and RACE server on MTA:SA. I try to help out other players with my bilingual skills. I'm constantly helping out when somebody tries to 'troll' NTS maps.

I hope everything I have filled out helps out. I'm sorry if I offended your Sergio, in some way. I tend to be very careless when typing in-game and sometimes leave the CAPS LOCK on from using the horn on a vehicle. But please reconsider my ban - I can see no other reason why I have been banned; Perhaps you're not having the best day or what ever, we all get them. But please don't make me pay for it! :)

So when am I getting unbanned bro? Check the logs don't just post them. :S

You have no personality, don't come here with "good" ways, all you do on the server is insulting the players. First, I started telling you and your friend to stop insulting others for no reason and stop spamming with caps, but you didn't listen and started to insult me and my family for no reason and shamelessly. And then you went to the race server and you kept insulting me. And I know kinds of people like you that don't change and goes the server only to annoy and insult people. You deserves that ban, I know perfectly when I have to do the correct or not.

You're just trying to be nice here in the forum when you are actually the opposite of that.

The evidence is there, I have nothing more to say.

Sorry. but you have simply not known me long enough to claim I have 'no personality'. I find that insulting. You seem to suffer from control issues, which is a bad start for any administrator, although that is your problem and you are the only one responsible for what it may derive in (hint hint); perhaps you should find the solution to your problem, since you are very capable.

If you know 'kinds of people like me .....' then maybe you should double-check the logs, you will then be able to say you know even more 'kinds of people like me'. I suggest instead of just targetting me, checking the MIX Server at least once a month and see for yourself what is going on; maybe then you can claim you 'know perfectly when you have to do the correct or not', because I find that statement rather lacking having seen how you handle situations, and are never present in the mentioned server.

PD: Just wanted to mention, you also broke the 'only english and german' rule. And not on a single ocassion, maybe browse the logs a bit further ;).

You are nobody to come here to tell me how I do things. I always try to do the best for everyone, and I will not allow anyone to go to the server to insult and annoy people, you did not heed the warnings that I gave you, and it does not say many good things about you, because you avoided when I muted you and after that you started to insult me​​. So do not question what I do or not, and I rely only on the things that I experience, and you should mature, thinks things very well.

I will not argue with you, I have more important things to do. If you beg someone to unban you, do it, but I will not.

You can do whatever you want.

I did not address how you do things, instead I was addressing your previous reply for the mentioned reasons. I am not questioning what you have done or not. Please read my reply carefully and make sure you understand what I am trying to say. Your arguments are becoming less convincing constantly; Once more accusing me of inmaturity when you do not know me personally.

I do admit I was in the wrong and then ban was expected, but I am unhappy with your replies.

I do not believe I have been treated fairly in this case, and would prefer if another administrator could review my ban.

We're ok with people saying what's on their minds, but shameless insulting like this is permanent for a reason.

Oh great, so now it's all about racism. Well I can't consider myself responsible anymore. I demand my ban gets removed and apologies from every single one of you. You have simply crossed the line. Otherwise I have no problem reporting this to the BFB and the Police.
