MTA 5000 GC Horn problem

I did buy this thing long ago, but now i can only use the horns just 3 times / map, i know its bullshit, but it did cost to me 5000 gc and it's something. can i get back the 5000 gc or make horns to be use like it should please?

He's talking about the unlimited horn usage perk. If I'm right, It didn't worked properly a few months back and it looks like this dude bought it a while back and has this 3 horn limitation problem going on.

Yeah, i'm talking about the unlimited using of horns, i bought it around last year, summer or earlier, i can not remember, but it doesn't work now.

just tried it, and still, i could use only 3 times, after when push H only cars honked. just i don't have to wait the 10 sec delay.. or thats it??? i tought i can use more than 3 times..

You can use the horn as many as you want in one map but you need to wait some seconds before each one.

I checked and you don't have the unlimited horns, it probably got lost during the crash in july.

Everyone got refunded for things they lost in that crash and need to rebuy their stuff

Is it possible to get refund or get back unlimited horns, or it's not an option anymore?

It should already be refunded, and you have 7229GC. While else you would've had 2229 GC.
