GTA/MTA not working

Anyone knows how to fix this error, this happened after installing windows 10, tryed with setting other windows compatibility, still same

do you have dual gpu laptop? run it windowed

Tried compatibility mode?

reinstall gta, inslall directx 9  and .NET Framework 3.5 maybe directplay

Uninstall completely Grand Theft Auto: San Andres and MTA. Try to find and download a new GTA:SA, afterwards, do the same installing MTA. 

Check display drivers/graphics are updated. 

Try to restore your computer (not format) and find the latest copy of your OS where you know you didn't experience such trouble.

installation Procedure
1) Mount image game
2) Install
3) Copy the file from gta_sa.exe HOODLUM folder in the root folder of the game
4) Play

I will donwload and install other version off windows 10, then ill see, maybe  problem is in them, but anyway tnx for help

https://www.microsoft.com/ru-ru/software-download/windows10 official win 10, can activate later

downloaded windows from microsofts site, installed, installed drivers for gpu, and all others, i still get same error for gta, and mta crashes without any error,idk what to do

i need to mount to drive e installation file(iso file) of gta, and then i can play mta, LOL

Just copy the cracked gta_sa.exe from .iso to root of your game maybee?!?!?!?! xD
