Who im reporting : zzSHANKSzz

Why im reporting him : Insulting(Arabic/english) , provoking , Toxic behavior.

INFO : hello , im not the kind of player that reporting for small reasons , but this guys (zzSHANKSzz) is out of controll , he joined like a weak ago and start playing in race server , some of my race friends told me that he keep insulting everyone for no reason ( you can ask ) , and when i joined this evening he start insulting me and other players for no reason , he even insulted an admin (r0ck) , and when rock reported him to stig directly stig did not take action, so thats why i did this report .
