Ban request

I looked in the banlist site for a submission module, but it seems you guys have it disabled.

This player, TheJoker_98, was being pretty racist, and otherwise offensive. I missed grabbing his steamid, but I have a screenshot and I'm sure the logs will show everything he's said along with his steamid.

Regardless of the guys skin colour, He should save the racism for somewhere else. There's pretty much no place for it in gaming.
