how to run gmod in DX10 mode

ok gmod keeps showing me my dx level is 9 its not showing this on my dxdiag and nvida drvier info its showing its dx11 and no its not a fake driver am using windows 7 with nvdia gt 9600 witch supports dx10 help would me good guys cheers

Gmod doesnt have directx 10 I think.

Or im wrong and it does
