Hmm, doesn't kick me for some reason, anyway just remove the "+" so make it cl_cmdrate 100, without a plus symbol, then your fine.

anyways th cl_cmdrate +## command only makes it look like your ping is 5/1 high but the server still sees your real ping. So the only way would be some THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE to trick the servers
